With more than a decade of experience in data science, machine learning, and sensing technologies, Junaith has held senior level positions in reputed companies such as Intel and has been a part of numerous startup incubation teams including Lusora and Digital Sun.Junaith also holds several patents and has many publications to his name.

He holds a bachelor's degree from Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India as well as a masters from Western Michigan University.

K Sridharan has over 30 years of experience in product management and technology leadership in systems, performance, personalization, and IOT. He has served in numerous senior director level positions at companies such as Intel. He is the co-founder and president of Sankara Eye Foundation, the world's largest free eye care provider.

In addition to holding several patents and publications, Sridhar holds a bachelors from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, as well as two masters from Southern Illinois University, and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine University.

Mouli has over 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur and a professional in various fields including Engineering & Project Management, P&L Management, Operations, and Customer Engagement. From serving as Vice President of Socoroma Mines and Minerals. Director of Development at TIBCO, he has served in numerous leadership roles in a variety of fields.

Mouli has a bachelor's degree from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore, India and a Master's from Virginia Tech.

Ramesh comes from a Banking background having worked in Technology and Operations functions with large multinational banks for over three decades. He has been in CxO level positions for more than a decade. He started his career in India and then moved to Singapore followed by stints in Philippines, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia over the next 25 years. He has now taken the role of Country Head, Zan Computech, India where he directly manages the software development and engineering teams based in Coimbatore and oversees the support of our customers based in Europe.
Ramesh is a graduate engineer from IIT Madras and a post-graduate MBA from IIM Calcutta.

David L. Farwell has over 30 years of experience in treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations and capital markets. For the past 13 years, David held various executive level positions at ABM Industries, a global leader in facility services. David most recently served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and from 2005 to 2009 served as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Treasurer. Prior to ABM, David spent 18 years working in the technology industry where he held various corporate finance positions, including Treasurer of JDS Uniphase and Senior Portfolio Manager for Microsoft Corporation.

David has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Jose and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Sciences from California State University, Hayward.

For the past 9 years, Michael was President of both the Engineering and Facility Services companies for ABM Industries. He was responsible for the explosive double digit organic growth making these divisions the most prolific at ABM during his tenure. Michael spearheaded dramatic improvement in areas of ABM such as: safety, cash flow, establishing a technology enabled workforce, sustainability, and business development strategy.

Prior to joining ABM, Michael was responsible for managing the North America real estate and facility services business for Ford Land, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company. His activities included identifying and securing strategic property sales and leases, managing United Auto Workers construction units, capital projects, tenant improvement projects, managing property assets and operating expenses. Prior experience includes successful executive roles with Aramark Corporation and ISS Facility Services.

Well versed in the Six Sigma process, Michaelis Green Belt certified and has been directly involved in numerous Black Belt projects.

Michael is a Director on the following Boards:ZAN Compute, Quality Solutions, Inc., and Pediatric Cancer Research Foundation. He is a Board Advisor with Genea and Brandman University.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Louisville.

A resident of California for the past 9 years, Michael enjoys family time with his wife and two children, golf, and following his beloved Gators.

Mr. Bunce has over 25years of professional leadership experience in entrepreneurship and Fortune 500 organizations. Currently he is a senior direct at Intel for M&A Integration, strategic alliances and Go-to-Market strategies within the software security business. He is recognized as a leader in business models, operations, sales and strategic alliance leadership. Beyond his entrepreneurship roles, he has held senior leadership positions at: Intel, Accenture and Flextronics.

David has 20+ years in facility operations management in large and high rise facilities. His focus in the last 5 years is facility energy efficiency at Oral Roberts University 5M sqft campus and office complex. He is known for thinking outside the box and providing fast return of investment projects.

Bill Ihrie is a Chief Product Officer and SVP at Motif Investing, after being an advisor there for a year. Bill, with 40 years in the tech industry, was the President of Cytobank (biotech spinoff from Stanford), was the SVP/CTO at Intuit Corporation, running businesses generating over 50% of company revenue, was the SVP at ADP for ten years, and also worked at Security Pacific Bank, Computer Usage Company and Bell Labs. He is on the board of many firms, including Cytobank.

Subash Kolluru has founded and managed real estate funds for more than 2 decades. He currently manages a $75 millionIndia-Centric Private Equity Real Estate Fund which he found in 2006.Over the past twenty-one years he co-invested as a managing partner with wealthy family offices and institutional investors in global commercial, hospitality and residential real estate platforms.

As a founding principal of Da Vinci Advisors in 1998, and as the sole managing partner for Lakeside Japan Investments, Mr. Kolluru was responsible for developing and implementing a fee simple real estate acquisition and asset management platform in Japan for U.S. equity investors, including Cargill, Perot Investments, DLJ, Westbrook and Bass controlled entities, with an exit either via the Japanese REIT public market or retail market. He led the group which successfully acquired assets valued in excess of US$650 million and closed the first ever Yen-denominated, non-recourse credit facility in Japan for US$300 million.

From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Kolluru was involved with various entities owned or controlled by Bass. Over this duration he pursued real estate investment opportunities throughout North America. He developed and managed an exit strategy for the commercial and hospitality real estate assets controlled by the "bad bank" component of the American Savings and Loan transaction. Later, he was involved in the purchase of the $2.5 billion "bad bank" assets of the failed American Savings and Loan portfolio of real estate assets for the Dallas-based Brazos Partners, L.P. While in his capacity as a Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Brazos, he managed an orderly liquidation of approximately $730 million of real estate assets located primarily in California and the western United States. He also served as a senior member of Brazos Advisors L.L.C.'s key decision making groups, the Investment Committee and the Major Asset Review Committee.

Mr. Kolluru earned a bachelor of technology degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India in 1980. He graduated with a master of science in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1982.

Jonathan Khazam is a senior executive, board member, advisor, and investor with over 25 years of technology leadership experience and 13 years of board experience. With a distinctive combination of business and technical acumen, Jon has a proven track record of bringing new technology products to market and driving business growth with strategies that deliver meaningful customer value and sustainable competitive advantage. He is well-regarded for his ability to build organizations from the ground up, develop new leaders, and scale globally distributed teams.

Jon was most recently Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Visual & Parallel Computing Group at Intel Corporation. There he oversaw the expansion of Intel's integrated graphics roadmap to higher performance points and new market segments, growing Intel graphics share from ~50% in 2010 to >70% in 2015. From 2005 to mid-2010, Jon built and led the Manageability & Middleware Division, an internal start-up focused on value-add manageability and security software products. In 1999, Jon formed a new division to develop and commercialize Intel software tools including award-winning Intel Compilers, VTune Performance Analyzers, and many others.

Jon joined Intel in 1991 and held a number of marketing and management roles spanning microprocessors, graphics, and software. Prior to joining Intel, Jon held marketing and development positions at EIP Microwave and Hewlett-Packard.

Jon has also served on the boards of public and private/venture-funded companies, including Integrated Silicon Solution, Inc. (NASDAQ: ISSI), the Eclipse Foundation, and Zend Technologies.

Jon has an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and a B.S.E.E. from Cornell University. He holds two patents.

Gopi Rangan is a venture capital investor and an advisor to entrepreneurs. His investment themes are focused on digital transformation of businesses in the areas of Internet of Things, enterprise software, and FinTech. Most recently in 2016, he co-founded INSEAD Angels in the Silicon Valley. Previously, he was a Managing Director at USAA's $350 million corporate venture program with 18 portfolio companies.

Gopi was a Director of Corporate Strategy and Venture Capital at Intel Capital (acq. Altera Corp.) where he led the formation of a corporate venture investment program. Earlier in his career, Gopi spent several years in key positions in product development, technology research, intellectual property and operations. He has co-authored more than 30 patents. Gopi has an M.B.A. from INSEAD, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University, and a B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology in India.

Howard Cohen is the CEO and 3rd generation leader of Daycon Products Company, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the Jan San Industry. Founded in 1942, Daycon is one of the nation's leading and most innovative independent distributors of cleaning and maintenance supplies as well as hardware products and inventory solutions to key markets such as building service contractors, schools and universities, commercial office buildings, stadiums, as well as multi-family housing communities. In addition, the company is proud to be a leading provider of sustainable cleaning solutions. In 2005, Daycon founded the Building Wellness Institute to provide Green Seal accredited training and sustainability consulting to like-minded, environmentally-focused clients. In addition, he oversees the leadership of New Dawn Manufacturing, a leading, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of cleaning chemicals, based in Upper Marlboro, MD.

Howard holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Finance from Boston University School of Managment. He lives in Montgomery County, MD and remains active in many business related and charitable boards in the community. Howard and his wife Hanna have been married for over 27 years and are blessed with three wonderful children Samantha, Ryann and Cole.

Frank S. Wardzinski has served as Chief Operating Officer for BRAVO! Group Services for the past 19 years. His strategy, vision, and leadership has been instrumental in growing the corporation into one of the largest, privately held facility solutions companies in the country, providing support services, including janitorial, mechanical maintenance, HVAC, building automation, mailroom, and concierge services, as well as other employee outsourcing activities. Under Frank’s management, BRAVO! services over 100 million square feet per day across 19 states in the U.S. Responsible for all operating companies under the BRAVO! Group Services corporation, Frank fosters a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a dedication to superior quality and customer service.

With a commitment to maintaining BRAVO!’s position on the forefront of the industry, Frank has incorporated technology, including robotics and IoT, into the standard offering of services provided by the company. As a response to the current pandemic affecting our nation, he successfully developed and rolled out an exclusive multilevel cleaning program called REFINE™ that brings a heightened focus on disinfection and best practices in compliance with the latest CDC regulations.

Frank holds a seat on the IFMA Board of Directors as well as the BSCAI Certification Committee. He is CBSE, HHPC Day Cleaning, and I.C.E. certified. In addition, Frank received the Walter L. Cook Award for Distinguished Services from the BSCAI as well as led the company in earning eight BSCAI Safety Awards

Florian is the head of the Kärcher Innovation Hub Silicon Valley focusing on Start-up partnerships and investments for Kärcher New Ventures.

Florian holds a master's degree in business administration with a technical orientation from the University of Stuttgart, Germany. He has been with Kärcher for over 5 years in various roles from in-house consultant to business development. In July 2018 he moved to Silicon Valley to start of the Kärcher New Venture activities here and since then lives in Santa Clara, not far away from the Zan Compute HQ.
