Ramesh Sundararajan

Ramesh comes from a Banking background having worked in Technology and Operations functions with large multinational banks
for over three decades. He has been in CxO level positions for more than a decade. He started his career in India and
then moved to Singapore followed by stints in Philippines, Korea, Indonesia and Malaysia over the next 25 years.
He has now taken the role of Country Head, Zan Computech, India where he directly manages the software development and
engineering teams based in Coimbatore and oversees the support of our customers based in Europe.
Ramesh is a graduate engineer from IIT Madras and a post-graduate MBA from IIM Calcutta.
David L. Farwell has over 30 years of experience in treasury, corporate strategy, investor relations and capital markets. For the past 13 years, David held various executive level positions at ABM Industries, a global leader in facility services. David most recently served as Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and from 2005 to 2009 served as Senior Vice President, Chief of Staff and Treasurer. Prior to ABM, David spent 18 years working in the technology industry where he held various corporate finance positions, including Treasurer of JDS Uniphase and Senior Portfolio Manager for Microsoft Corporation.
David has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California State University, San Jose and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Sciences from California State University, Hayward.
Michael Latham

For the past 9 years, Michael was President of both the Engineering and Facility Services
companies for ABM Industries. He was responsible for the explosive double digit organic
growth making these divisions the most prolific at ABM during his tenure. Michael
spearheaded dramatic improvement in areas of ABM such as: safety, cash flow, establishing
a technology enabled workforce, sustainability, and business development strategy.
Prior to joining ABM, Michael was responsible for managing the North America real
estate and facility services business for Ford Land, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ford
Motor Company. His activities included identifying and securing strategic property sales
and leases, managing United Auto Workers construction units, capital projects, tenant
improvement projects, managing property assets and operating expenses. Prior experience
includes successful executive roles with Aramark Corporation and ISS Facility Services.

directly involved in numerous Black Belt projects.

Subash Kolluru

Subash Kolluru has founded and managed real estate funds for more than 2 decades. He currently manages a $75 millionIndia-Centric Private Equity Real Estate Fund which he found in 2006.Over the past twenty-one years he co-invested as a managing partner with wealthy family offices and institutional investors in global commercial, hospitality and residential real estate platforms.
As a founding principal of Da Vinci Advisors in 1998, and as the sole managing partner for Lakeside Japan Investments, Mr. Kolluru was responsible for developing and implementing a fee simple real estate acquisition and asset management platform in Japan for U.S. equity investors, including Cargill, Perot Investments, DLJ, Westbrook and Bass controlled entities, with an exit either via the Japanese REIT public market or retail market. He led the group which successfully acquired assets valued in excess of US$650 million and closed the first ever Yen-denominated, non-recourse credit facility in Japan for US$300 million.
From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Kolluru was involved with various entities owned or controlled by Bass. Over this duration he pursued real estate investment opportunities throughout North America. He developed and managed an exit strategy for the commercial and hospitality real estate assets controlled by the "bad bank" component of the American Savings and Loan transaction. Later, he was involved in the purchase of the $2.5 billion "bad bank" assets of the failed American Savings and Loan portfolio of real estate assets for the Dallas-based Brazos Partners, L.P. While in his capacity as a Vice President/Portfolio Manager with Brazos, he managed an orderly liquidation of approximately $730 million of real estate assets located primarily in California and the western United States. He also served as a senior member of Brazos Advisors L.L.C.'s key decision making groups, the Investment Committee and the Major Asset Review Committee.
Mr. Kolluru earned a bachelor of technology degree in civil engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Madras, India in 1980. He graduated with a master of science in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park in 1982.

Jon joined Intel in 1991 and held a number of marketing and management roles spanning microprocessors, graphics, and software. Prior to joining Intel, Jon held marketing and development positions at EIP Microwave and Hewlett-Packard.
